These website terms and conditions of use for nsecdis.ca constitute a legal agreement and are entered into by and between you and NOVA SCOTIA EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT INTERVENTION SERVICES (“NSECDIS,” “we,” “us,” “our”). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents and/or additional terms they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, these “Terms of Use”), govern your access to and use of, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through nsecdis.ca (the “Website”).
When you use or register for any NSECDIS website, web application or web communications, you are accepting and agreeing to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Statement, found at [insert link], incorporated herein by reference. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR THE PRIVACY STATEMENT, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE WEBSITE.
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time, to disable or terminate your account, any username, password, or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including any violation of any provision of these Terms of Use.

Offensive: with reference to language, material, content or any other type of User Submission means obscene, harmful, indecent, defamatory, abusive, bullying, harassing, racist, hateful, or violent, or discriminatory based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age or other such legally prohibited ground, or be otherwise objectionable, such determination to be made in the sole discretion of NSECDIS. Moderation
If there are sections of the website that allow submission of comments or content by visitors, all submitted content is subject to moderation. NSECDIS and its moderators have the right, without provision of notice to:
- approve, edit, or reject content before it appears, sometimes causing a delay in the appearance of your submission/post/content.
- edit or delete your submission/post/content after it has been posted if in our sole discretion it violates these Terms of Use. This discretion includes a moderator’s determination of whether posted material is offensive.
- close discussion on a given topic or on any area of the website if it is deemed off-topic or to be no longer useful.
- move a discussion to a more appropriate area if the discussion is off topic in the area in which it is occurring,

The owner of the Website is based in the Province of Nova Scotia in Canada. We provide this Website for use only by persons located in Canada. This Website is not intended for use in any jurisdiction where its use is not permitted.
